Javier E. Porrata Monserrate, MAI
President / Certified General Appraiser

Mr. Porrata graduated Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Finance and Marketing. He holds certificates as a Certified General and Authorized Professional Real Estate Appraiser for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Mr. Porrata is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, certified by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and he hold the prestigious MAI designation.

Mr. Porrata is a Special Commisioner to the First Tribunal of the Supreme Court of San Juan.

Mr. Porrata has participated as Board Member for homeowners associations, HEM Holding Association and the Appraisal Institute - Puerto Rico and Caribbean chapter.
